Please note that we are only permitted to issue codes & e-mail addresses to internal Tyco personnel.
If you are a Tyco EMEA Systems employee you probably already have a tycoint.com e-mail address. You may also already have a TFSS website username & password that you use for accessing the site at www.tycofireandsecurity.com. If you do possess these codes already, you can use the same codes to access the Tyco EMEA secure sites.
For full information on passwords, access etc., go to www.tycofss.com/email-guidelines
If you have a tycoint.com e-mail address, but do not already have a TFSS website password, you can now set yourself up with access codes which will allow you to view the majority of the websites within the TFSS group (including our Tyco EMEA secure websites).
There are two ways of doing this.
The first way is to send an e-mail from your own tycoint.com e-mail account addressed to commands@tycoint.com. The e-mail should contain the following line in the body text:
password
A "password change confirmation" e-mail will be automatically sent back to your tycoint.com e-mail address.
To confirm the new password generation, simply open this mail, click on "reply" and send the message back to commands@tycoint.com.
A new password will then be automatically generated and mailed back to your tycoint.com e-mail account.
The system will use the first part of your tycoint.com e-mail address (e.g. mashbury) as your username & will use the password sent to you by e-mail.
Please note that if you already have codes set up then carrying out this procedure will reset your password to the new one sent on the e-mail.
You cannot redirect the password e-mails to alternative tycoint e-mail addresses.
An alternative way to receive your website password is through the Tyco EMEA Services website at www.tycofireandsecurity.com. To use this method, please follow the link below to access the TFSS website username/password setup screen and click on the "Create New Password" option:
http://www.tycofireandsecurity.com/login/requestPass.jsp
The system will use the first part of your tycoint.com e-mail address (e.g. mashbury) as your username & will automatically generate a password for you. This password will be automatically e-mailed through to your tycoint.com e-mail address.
Please note that if you already have codes set up then carrying out this procedure will reset your password to the new one sent on the e-mail.
If you are a Tyco employee, but do not possess a tycoint.com e-mail address, please contact Mark Ashbury, Marketing Communications Manager, Tyco EMEA - EMEA at mashbury@tycoint.com (Tel: +44 (0) 1462 667717).
