MX REMOTE is a Windows based software tool
for remote service and support and MX detection
panels.
MX REMOTE provides a full function fire
panel repeater running on a PC either locally or
over dial up telephone lines.
Providing the operator has the correct passwords MX REMOTE allows all operator, manager, service and engineer functions available at the panel to be provided at the PC. This allows the customer or the Tyco service organisation to provide remote assistance, service and limited configuration assistance to the installation.
MX REMOTE is available as a stand-alone software application for Tyco service operations.
Alternatively Tyco are able to provide consultancy and assistance in implementing MX REMOTE as an integrated part of a central station and service centre system.
